I first saw the Betty Blue wash basin at 100%Design 2007 Show in London. I love this fixture for its combination of uncomplicated functionality and artistic illusion. It is designed by Michael Sieger for Alape and represented by Dornbracht in the US. The sleek and minimal design is achieved through a basin-less structure and concealed drainage. The design is still being developed for US plumbing standards.
